LiveFresh GmbH is an innovative company in the food industry for fresh and functional beverages. Since its foundation in 2016, LiveFresh has established itself as a dynamically growing supplier in the segment of cold-pressed juices, shots and juice cures. The company combines product development, production, quality management, sales and logistics under one roof and stands for high quality standards, innovative strength and modern technologies. As part of the structural and strategic further development of product development and innovation management, this key position is being filled for the first time.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Overall strategic responsibility for product development and innovation management
- Management of development and innovation projects from the idea to the market launch
- Management and further development of the product development and quality management team
- Independent implementation of innovation projects to expand the product range
- Ensuring compliance with food law and customer-specific requirements (IFS, HACCP)
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies in food technology (university/university of applied sciences) or comparable training
- Several years of experience in product development and innovation management in the food industry, ideally in the beverage sector or with a strong focus on freshness (e.g. milk and dairy products)
- Assertive, communicative leader with a strong hands-on mentality
- Structured and strong implementation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility
