YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume full P & L responsibility and develop the corporate, market and sales strategy in a target-oriented manner
- You will manage the areas of sales, marketing, product development and quality and develop teams and structures professionally
- You manage the food retail business and are the first point of contact for key customers and critical negotiations
- You drive growth through innovations, new markets and additional business models such as new channels or co-manufacturing
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have a proven track record in sales to food retailers in management roles
- You have impressive technical negotiating skills, product range and margin expertise and management experience in sales
- Personally, you are an entrepreneurial, assertive and communicative leader with a strong focus on implementation
