HR Manager / Head of HR Germany (m/f/d)

Our client is the German subsidiary of an internationally successful group of companies in the food industry with several locations in Germany, including manufacturing plants. The company employs a total of around 500 people in Germany. In the course of further organizational development and the stronger bundling of personnel work across several locations, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader as Head of HR Germany (m/f/d).
Tasks:
- Management and further development of the HR function in Germany
- professional and disciplinary management of the cross-location HR team
- Harmonization and further development of HR processes, standards and tools across multiple locations
- close collaboration with management, executives and relevant stakeholders
- trustworthy support for works council and co-determination issues
- Managing central HR projects and supporting organizational change processes
- Responsibility for HR-related planning, budgeting and control issues, particularly in the area of personnel costs
- Supporting managers in personnel-related and sensitive discussion situations
Profile:
- several years of experience in a leading generalist HR function
- ideally experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in working with several locations
- Confidence in dealing with works council and co-determination issues
- good understanding of collective bargaining-related issues as well as personnel cost and budget issues
- structured, pragmatic and strong implementation skills
- confident appearance, strong communication skills and leadership ability
