- As part of a succession plan, we are now looking for an agile Sales Manager Key Accounts (m/f/d) who, as a true sales professional, will open up further potential with existing and new customers in the retail and food service sectors
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Continuous support and expansion of business relationships with the bulk consumer sector and with regional & national retailers, in particular through personal contacts
- Conducting listing, price and condition discussions, monitoring turnover and sales development; initiating measures if necessary
- Coordination/monitoring of all tenders
- Continuous market observation and derivation of sales activities and management of sales promotion measures
- Management of marketing activities, initiation of product range initiatives and derivation of customer development plans
- Management and coordination of all relevant customer negotiations, with own operational support of strategic key accounts, including important regional key customers

YOUR PROFILE
- In-depth knowledge of the national & regional retail landscape, especially in the area of food service with its many facets as well as two-tier trade
- Experience in the FMCG/food sector, ideally in the meat convenience sector; with brand/PLB and CatMan experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Nat. KAM (m/f/d) with expertise in the vertical support of national and regional headquarters
- Expertise in modern KAM processes & methods in private label and classic brand business
- Direct management and development experience for key accounts
- Operative sales expert with hands-on mentality
- Ideally a degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
