As a one-stop shop (meat, fish, drinks, fruit, food and non-food), our client is the all-round partner for the catering and wholesale trade.
Your location:
We are looking for you for the location in the Ulm area (Baden-Württemberg).

your future area of responsibility:
- Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the production of the multi-layered range of fresh meat products as well as the timely and quality-compliant and cost-optimized production
- Responsibility for preparing the annual target and budget planning and for controlling
- Professional and disciplinary management as well as motivation and further development of staff
- Main responsibility for all personnel and works council matters
- Ongoing analysis and optimization of production processes, including cost control and working with key business figures
- Helping to shape and enforce compliance with quality and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and IFS as well as all legal regulations
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed training as a food technician (m/f/d) with additional meat and business qualifications or comparable
- Experience in a similar position with management responsibility, ideally in food production
- Very good knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in the production of meat and sausage products or related areas
- Sound user knowledge of SAP
- Experience in the field of technology/maintenance of state-of-the-art processing and picking technology as well as knowledge of the relevant legal standards
- Strong customer focus and team-oriented approach to work
- Competent leader, responsible, able to work under pressure and independently
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and cross-departmental mindset
