Our client is an established, internationally operating company from the production sector with a long tradition. For the further development of the quality control department, we are looking for an experienced leader (m/f/d) to modernize structures, optimize processes and build a future-oriented organization.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will have overall responsibility for quality control with technical and disciplinary team leadership
- You will analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses and develop transformation concepts
- You will establish clear decision-making processes, role profiles and an efficient organizational structure
- You will implement modern quality processes, KPI systems and standards
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have completed a scientific/technical degree and are very familiar with the production environment and the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. GMP, FSSC)
- Ideally, you have already built and developed teams in a growth context
- You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way, motivate your team and communicate clearly
- You routinely optimize processes, work across departments and use modern quality methods with confidence
