For our sales department, mainly in the office, we are looking for the following as soon as possible
SALES EMPLOYEE (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Active sales of our products to food retailers and wholesalers as well as the processing industry
- Supporting and expanding existing customer relationships with the aim of long-term cooperation
- Acquiring new customers and business partners
- Preparation and follow-up of offers for new and existing customers
- Conducting professional sales and contract negotiations
- Providing our customers with expert advice on products and possible applications
- Monitoring market and competitive trends to identify new potential
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements (qualifications) for the job holder:
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic demeanor and enjoy working with people
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Enthusiasm, commitment, ability to work in a team
- Very good MS Office skills, as well as initial experience with working in the merchandise management system
- Preferably completed commercial vocational training or business studies / career changers also possible
- Independent, goal- and solution-oriented way of working combined with initiative
