We are currently looking for a
Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the greater Stuttgart area
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting and advising supermarkets and branches of national food retail chains and C+C markets
- Expanding distribution and implementing promotional placements for the Asian specialty product range in accordance with the company’s strategic guidelines and objectives
- Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify potential competitive advantages for our product portfolio
- Maintaining records of customer visits and master data in the CRM system via iPad
- Close collaboration with service agencies
- Conducting tastings and assisting at trade shows
We expect:
- A completed business apprenticeship and practical experience in retail (e.g., as a store manager or food department manager) or in the food retail field sales team
- Knowledge of Asian food products is desirable
- An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence
- Passion for sales and willingness to travel
- Residence in the Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel and Teams)
