Join our team as a
Meat Products Developer (m/f/d)
at our Rheine location
Here’s what you can look forward to:
As a Meat Product Developer (m/f/d) in our Product Development department, you’ll shape the future of our meat, hybrid, and vegetarian ingredients and oversee their development through to successful implementation in production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development from concept to series production: You’ll manage the entire development process—from the initial briefing through recipe development to the approval of series production. In doing so, you’ll take into account culinary and nutrition-related trends as well as economic requirements, and leverage synergies within our product portfolio.
- Raw Materials Management for the Meat Product Group: As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will oversee and further develop the meat product group. This includes both raw meat for internal processing and purchased processed products, which you will evaluate and manage based on qualitative, economic, and strategic criteria.
- Customer Requirements and Processes: You ensure compliance with all relevant requirements regarding sensory evaluation, process capability, process safety (HACCP), food safety regulations, and costs. In addition, you advise internal and external customers, for example during briefings or tastings.
- Portfolio Management: You will continuously maintain and develop our pool of raw materials and components.
- Collaboration on Projects: You will actively contribute your expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives and help shape the further development of our product portfolio.
