Your Responsibilities—Lead—Shape—Succeed
- You’ll assume overall responsibility for your store—financially, organizationally, and operationally—within the Süllau family of companies.
- You will independently design and manage all market-related processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and the customer experience.
- With your keen sense for areas of improvement, you’ll develop your own ideas and projects, set clear goals, and implement them together with your team.
- You will regularly analyze your market’s key performance indicators, derive concrete actions from them, and thereby ensure sustainable success.
- You lead, develop, and motivate your team and create a work environment where performance and appreciation go hand in hand.
- Needs-based staffing, promoting young talent, and continuous employee development are a natural part of your daily leadership routine.
- You are responsible for ensuring flawless merchandise operations—from product availability to freshness and quality, all the way to attractive presentation.
- You always keep an eye on legal and company requirements.
Your Profile – Experience – Attitude – Passion
- You have a background in the food retail industry and share our enthusiasm for food and customer service.
- You have at least five years of experience in a leadership role, ideally as a store manager, general manager, or in a comparable position at a full-assortment retailer.

You confidently analyze sales, profit, and personnel metrics, identify the need for action early on, and consistently manage your store accordingly.
- You enjoy taking on entrepreneurial responsibility. You make decisions with conviction and work independently.
- Leading large teams, as well as establishing and developing effective organizational structures, are among your strengths.
- You plan projects, analyze them, and implement them successfully, while always keeping deadlines, goals, and employees in mind.
- Your leadership style is characterized by motivation, team spirit, and a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction.
