Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Our Quality Management department focuses in particular on project-based support and the management of specific customer requirements. In this way, we help ensure that our wonderful organic products are ready for the market every day.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drafting declaration texts and nutritional values for product specifications
- Developing guidelines for the Quality Assurance and Production departments
- Assisting with customer and certification audits as well as internal audits
- Handling customer complaints for assigned clients
- Monitoring sensory product quality through tastings
- Planning and conducting employee training sessions
We are looking for:
- A degree in nutrition or food science, or an apprenticeship as a food technologist (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- A scientific mindset and a well-structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, dedication, and a high level of motivation
- Some prior experience is desirable, ideally in the food industry
