In this role, you will ensure the efficient use of the brewing facilities and the professional, high-quality production of our extensive product range
You will coordinate technical operations in the brewing facilities and plan measures to improve production steps
You are responsible for the operation and availability of the equipment and machinery, and you make decisions regarding repairs or coordinate closely with the maintenance department
You are responsible for documenting the relevant brewing and quality-related processes
You participate in investment planning and develop proposals
Within your area of responsibility, you ensure compliance with accident prevention and hygiene regulations and expand the quality assurance systems
As a brewing and beverage technologist or an engineer in brewing and beverage technology, you have extensive professional experience in a relevant position gained at a company in the beverage industry, preferably at an industrial brewery
You have extensive experience and professional expertise in the brewing process for various product lines
You have leadership experience in managing teams, serve as a technical point of contact, and are a motivator
You have a very good understanding of operational contexts
You are skilled at defining work procedures, coordinating schedules, costs, specifications, and quality guidelines (in accordance with IFS), and planning and organizing staff
The ability to work well in a team, resilience, assertiveness, and a responsible work ethic round out your profile
