European Convenience Food GmbH (ECF) in Garrel produces high-quality frozen convenience products for foodservice, retail, and industry. With its brands Karl Kemper, Vegeta, and new leaf, ECF combines quick decision-making with the growth opportunities offered by the internationally active LDC Groupe. As part of the company’s international expansion strategy, this position has been newly created and is to be filled externally.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will develop an international sales strategy and tap into new markets, customers, and sales channels
- You will acquire international foodservice customers, further develop key accounts, and conduct pricing and contract negotiations
- You will analyze market, competitive, and customer trends and implement country-specific market development strategies
- You will manage sales projects, capitalize on group-wide growth opportunities, and represent ECF internationally
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have a relevant degree or comparable qualification
- You have at least five years of international sales experience in the food industry
- You have a proven track record of success in developing international markets and customer bases, as well as strong negotiation skills
- You embody an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative, possess intercultural competence, and are willing to travel
