- The company is also active in the private-label business through its own business unit and generates significant revenue in this segment in the range of hundreds of millions of euros

- The private label business is to further distinguish itself through strict customer focus, strategic product development partnerships, and innovation
- As part of a succession plan, we are now seeking an experienced Private Label Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to manage Aldi at the corporate level
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take over the existing Aldi business in Germany and internationally
- Simultaneously drive the profit-oriented expansion of the private label product ranges, taking into account category, customer, and value-creation potential
- Conducting negotiations and finalizing contracts
- Managing tenders and joint customer projects, coordinating across various internal departments
- Defining customer development plans and establishing strategies and measures for successful implementation
- Driving product concepts and innovations in the private label sector
- Analyzing market research data from various sources
- Leading a small team in Key Account Management

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of hands-on KAM expertise in the FMCG/food sector for private label, particularly in managing accounts for Aldi, including internationally
- Expertise in customer-specific bidding practices as well as concept development for innovations and new products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a command of value chain- and category management-based business arguments
- Experience collaborating with the typical functional areas in the private label business, such as product development, supply chain, quality, operations, etc.
- Confident demeanor, enthusiasm, and strong motivational skills
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable business education
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and business-level English
