- The company is very well positioned in terms of production and is proud to have helped shape the industry standard in its segment
- Against the backdrop of portfolio expansions and to deepen value creation, the company is currently—and will continue to do so in the coming years—making significant investments in technology and new production capacity
- There has always been a particular focus here on sustainable supply chains, certified farms, and transparency in quality management
- As part of a succession plan, we are now seeking a Head of Market Development & Corporate Communications (m/f/d)
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for marketing planning and the marketing budget
- Continuous analysis of all markets relevant to the company, the competition, and related meat sectors (and product lines)
- Responsible for identifying sales potential and the resulting portfolio development, as well as product line planning in day-to-day operations
- Management of the market presence, i.e., forward-looking product line design and the conceptualization of new products, as well as roll-out support
- Operational product line management for all product groups across all phases of the product life cycle—from launch to discontinuation
- Process responsibility for price inquiries, cost calculations, and product maintenance
- Concurrently serving as press spokesperson with responsibility for all external and internal communications, including sustainability communications in collaboration with sustainability management
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- A secure position at a forward-thinking food company with an informal, first-name culture
- Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies with a varied range of tasks
- Employee benefits, company pension plan, disability insurance, and attractive training and professional development opportunities
- Close collaboration with senior management on strategic topics such as portfolio development or corporate culture
- Autonomy and close ties to management, flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and genuine opportunities to shape your role
- Detailed onboarding, remote work, and flexible hours

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in the specified field, particularly in the areas of 360-degree marketing, innovation management, and—ideally—internal and external corporate communications
- An analytical and structured mindset, combined with a creative flair for identifying opportunities with clients and in the market
- A hands-on approach, pragmatism, and initiative, as well as strong communication skills
- A degree in food science, marketing, communication, or business administration, or equivalent training
- Good command of English
