Fermentation application engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks with us:
- Gradually take over consulting, service and training tasks in the direct plant environment
- Carrying out user and product training courses
- Creation and further development of training materials and technical documentation
- Collaboration in the optimization of fermentation processes
- Processing complaints and developing sustainable solutions
- Process and procedural support as part of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
- Technical customer support and service in the form of remote, on-site and international support
Our requirements for you:
- Training in the fields of laboratory (BTA, CTA), food technology or brewing (brewer and maltster / brewing technologist) or comparable qualification
- Interest in process engineering processes and their practical application
- Initial experience in the laboratory, on systems or in production is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and willingness for practical training
- Enjoy communicating technical content in an understandable way
- Willingness to learn, strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
