YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume disciplinary and technical leadership of the Production Department, further develop the organizational structure, and actively support the development of your employees
- You will manage and implement investment projects aimed at expanding capacity and continuously optimizing production processes
- You will plan and coordinate production volumes in close coordination with production planning
- You will be responsible for and actively drive continuous improvement processes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in a technical field, such as food technology, or a master craftsman/technician qualification in the food industry
- You have several years of professional experience in production management within the food industry
- You lead with confidence, handle shop floor management with ease, and know how to motivate and develop employees
- You excel in communication and teamwork and can communicate effectively across different cultures and levels
