To drive the group-wide development of our quality management system, we are seeking a strategically strong leader (m/f/d).
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Group-wide responsibility for quality management and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 40 people
- Cross-site development and harmonization of the quality strategy and QM/QS systems
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, audits, certifications, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Promoting cross-group and cross-departmental collaboration and active networking among locations
- Serving as a strategic sparring partner to senior management on future-oriented, risk-related, and value-creation topics
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, food chemistry, or nutrition science; or comparable education
- At least 10 years of experience in a cross-site leadership role in quality management within the food processing industry, ideally in international matrix structures
- In-depth knowledge of international food standards, audits, food law, and systems expertise
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, hands-on approach
- A personality characterized by leadership skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor at both the management and plant levels
