Your Responsibilities:
As part of a planned succession, you will assume overall operational and strategic management of the company. Your personal focus will be on the forward-looking management of day-to-day operations, the strategic expansion of sales activities in the food service sector, and the close integration of the site with the overarching group structure.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Further developing the corporate and sales strategy, taking into account market and competitive developments as well as the group strategy
- Leading and developing the first line of management, as well as fostering a performance-oriented and collaborative organizational culture
- Responsibility for key financial metrics, budget planning, and ensuring sustainable profitability
- Identifying and tapping into new, promising market opportunities beyond the core segment to secure the market position in the foodservice sector
- Continuously optimizing and digitizing business processes
- Close coordination with the group’s shareholders and fostering a collaborative relationship with key customers and other stakeholders
Your Profile:
For this key position, we are seeking a “People Manager” with a broad range of experience in procurement, supply chain management, and sales, who also places a focus on organizational development with regard to efficient business processes and a forward-looking leadership culture. In addition, you possess:
- A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid leadership experience in a senior role in sales or management, ideally in the food industry or retail
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of logistics and process efficiency
- Experience leading established, mid-sized organizations, combined with the ability to contribute constructively to a larger corporate group
- An authentic, engaging demeanor, as well as clear, transparent, and respectful communication at all levels
