
Product & Line Manager (m/f/d), Dornbirn/V
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational development of the product line with a consistent focus on consumer needs and market potential
- Analysis of market trends, consumer needs, and competitors, and the derivation of well-founded recommendations for action
- Developing new product ideas, planning relaunches, and continuously optimizing the product portfolio in line with relevant consumer expectations
- Management and coordination of the entire product development process, from the initial idea through to a successful market launch
- Leading cross-functional projects and coordinating relevant stakeholders
- Designing and implementing measures to increase customer reach, purchase impulses, and brand appeal at the point of sale
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree in business with a focus on marketing or product management
- Several years of professional experience in product or category management, ideally in the FMCG sector
- A keen sense of consumer needs, dietary trends, and market opportunities
- Ability to analyze market and consumer data and derive successful product strategies from it
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of initiative and a passion for collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems and AI-powered applications is a plus
