Head (m/f/d) Production Control and Planning
Your tasks
In this position, you will take on a central role in production planning and control. You will ensure that our products are available on time, that stocks are managed efficiently and that production, sales, logistics and technology work together optimally.
You will also work closely with the technical department and support the coordination of maintenance measures to ensure a smooth production process.
You will also support our Head of Quality Management in day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the reliable implementation and further development of quality standards, processes and audit topics on a daily basis.
- You are responsible for managing and optimizing production planning
- You ensure the timely availability of products, minimize inventories and avoid overproduction
- You efficiently integrate customer orders and special promotions into planning
- You work closely with production, sales and logistics
- You develop KPIs and derive improvements from them
- You recognize bottlenecks in good time and actively counteract them
- You support and represent the Head of Quality Management in operational business and prepare and carry out audits together with him/her
- Together with the technical manager, you coordinate maintenance in line with production
Your profile
- You have completed training and further education in the field of food technologist, food technology, meat processing or similar
- You have experience in the production of meat products, ideally also initial experience and knowledge of production planning and/or control
- You have a good understanding of production processes and procedures and an interest in quality management and assurance issues
- You think analytically and have an affinity for numbers
- You have a good technical understanding and an interest in technical systems
- You are characterized by organizational strength and assertiveness
