- As part of a succession process, we are looking for a new Head of HR (m/f/d) who will support the company's growth on the HR side
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Responsibility for all HR topics across all functional areas, definition and implementation of the HR strategy as well as ongoing optimization of HR processes & tools (e.g. bonus systems, process digitization, etc.)
- HR business partner for management and executives as well as steering organizational & personnel development to prepare the organization for growth
- Management & development of a 5-person HR team as well as internal training, which is of great importance in the company
- HR-side support of ongoing change processes in the company, constructive cooperation with employee committees and external stakeholders
- Active participation in the Management Board with reporting line to the CFO

YOUR PROFILE
- Generalist experience in all HR disciplines & processes, ideally also in the manufacturing sector
- Expertise with modern (digital) HR standards & processes as well as experience in leadership & organizational development
- Knowledge of labor & social law and experience in working with employee committees
- Confident appearance, diplomatic skills, high social competence
- Loyal, trustworthy leader with integrity
- Completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
