Here you roll up your sleeves:
- Overall responsibility for the plant at the Michelstadt site: you will assume overall operational and strategic responsibility for our production site and ensure that targets are achieved in the areas of production, quality, costs and delivery.
- Production strategy & control: You will develop and implement a sustainable production strategy and ensure efficient, scalable and stable processes.
- Leadership & Organization: You lead and develop the team (production, HR, controlling, IT, purchasing, packaging and technology) on site and promote a high-performance organization.
- Growth & Innovation: You actively drive investment projects, capacity expansions and the introduction of new products and technologies.
- Standards & Compliance: You ensure compliance with all relevant requirements in the areas of occupational safety, quality, environment, IFS and hygiene.
- Controlling & key figures: You manage the site using relevant KPIs and derive targeted measures for continuous improvement.
- Interface management: You work closely with Supply Chain, Technology, QM/QA and other central functions and ensure smooth processes.
- Culture & change: You actively shape change processes and develop the site in line with our corporate strategy.
This will earn you points:
- Degree in engineering, food technology, production, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in industrial production, ideally in the food industry
- Proven success in the management and further development of production sites
- Experience in dealing with quality and hygiene standards (e.g. IFS)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong strategic and analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to change and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
