YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Overall responsibility for Consumer Marketing Germany; management of a large, high-performance marketing organization with over 50 employees
- Strategic brand management and future-oriented further development of marketing and performance-oriented marketing excellence
- Responsibility for brand architecture, brand values, sustainable brand value enhancement & growth across the entire ecosystem
- Consistent design of the customer journey and alignment of marketing to digital-first without sacrificing traditional brand communication
- Strategic planning and management of media budgets (traditional & digital) with further development of modern management approaches
- Development of modern marketing competencies & skills in the team, in particular using AI & data-driven marketing
- Active member of the extended German management and close cooperation with inter/national interfaces and committees

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in marketing management functions at top FMCG or innovative, sustainable branded companies with responsibility for medium to large teams
- Brand strategic excellence, in-depth experience in brand management of A-brands & dynamic brands as well as expertise in media strategies & planning
- Pronounced innovative spirit, competence in digital marketing in processes & communication incl. AI approaches
- Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting, paired with great willingness to develop and create
- Motivating personality with strong communication and leadership skills, a high level of creativity and clear analytical skills
- Successful business studies with a focus on marketing
