- The company is currently planning a significant renewal of production capacities and at the same time the modernization of the ERP system, which will also be used to map the operational processes of sales, inventory & production planning (S&OP)
- Against this background, we are looking for the future Head of Order Center (m/f/d), who will manage the topic of S&OP across divisions with the relevant interfaces in the future
- The future job holder will have the opportunity to play a significant and active role in shaping the S&OP process during the ERP design phase
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Establishment and management of the new order center with responsibility for the holistic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- taking over internal project management in the implementation of the new ERP system in cooperation with the external implementation partner with a special focus on the digitalization of S&OP
- Ensuring that the S&OP process is implemented and actively shaped in day-to-day business with all internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for sales planning and order processes
- Leading regular meetings in the S&OP planning cycle consisting of sales planning, inventory & production planning and involving the relevant supply chain colleagues (inventory management, scheduling, production)
- Ensuring reliable operational control of order processing, delivery coordination and service quality (KPI-based)
- Reporting line to the management

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in S&OP in the food industry, operational expertise in the areas of demand planning and supply chain planning
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems in daily practice, expertise from system implementations and the associated change & project management activities
- Structured and implementation-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality and strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Good understanding of interfaces & processes in purchasing, logistics and production as well as the desired service quality when supplying large retail customers
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, production or comparable qualification
