Your tasks include
- Developing new products and recipes and optimizing them
- Testing new raw materials for their usability
- Creation of product samples and corresponding product specifications
- Analytical and sensory evaluation of samples
- taking on project tasks, including documentation
- Creation and optimization of process specifications
Your profile:
- Completed studies in food technology or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the product development of confectionery (chocolate cream, jam or comparable) desired
- Experience in the confectionery or jam industry is an advantage
- Creativity and strong sensory skills (e.g. product tasting and evaluation)
- Knowledge of food safety (HACCP)
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and very good manners
