Food Technologist (m/f/d) –
Food industry sector
The focus of this job is the technological support and assistance of our partners and customers with regard to the production and processing of Almi products in the food industry. The area of responsibility also includes the support and participation in various projects in the technical environment, as well as the further development of technological processes and applications in the food sector. Close cooperation with our sales colleagues, our customers and global partners is a high priority.
Your tasks
- Central link between customers and our headquarters in Oftering (with departments such as product development, R&D, production or quality assurance, …)
- Accompanying the sales department to technical trials at customers and supporting your colleagues from application technology and product development with your food technology experience
- On-site technological support for our customers and partners (e.g. product launches, optimizations, testing, problem solving, …)
- Solving problems efficiently for our customers
- Supervision of various projects including operational tests in cooperation with product development, sales and customers
- Support with training courses, presentations and product demonstrations at seminars
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and recipes
- Market and competition monitoring
Our requirements
- Food technology training – HTL or degree (food or process technology or comparable)
- Solid knowledge of production processes and an interest in deepening this knowledge
- Analytical way of thinking and solution-oriented way of working
- Organized and independent work and a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills at different levels
- Very good command of English and/or German
- High willingness to travel

Remuneration
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary under the collective agreement (for full-time employment 38.5 hours) for this position is 47,368.02 gross per year. We will agree the actual salary together in a personal interview, depending on qualifications and experience.
