We are represented at two locations in Germany: With our sales team in Planegg/Munich, we are shaking up the German market in the juice & tea beverage sector and have been on a steep growth trajectory for years. At our production site in Baruth, we bottle beverages for the domestic and international market with some of the most innovative technical equipment in the world.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT BRAVO - YOUR JOB
- You ensure that all legal requirements and our internal guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and energy management are complied with at our Baruth/Mark site
- You will continuously monitor and improve our certified management systems in accordance with the ISO 45001 (occupational safety), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 50001 (energy) standards
- You manage and implement projects in the area of EHS and energy management
- You develop training and awareness-raising measures for our employees in the areas of EHS and energy
- You carry out internal audits and coordinate external audits in close coordination with our QM management
- You work closely with Quality Management to further develop our Integrated Management System (IMS) holistically
- You drive continuous improvement processes to reduce environmental impact, increase energy efficiency and improve occupational safety
- You support specialist departments in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures through open communication and cooperation with all departments
- You are in regular contact with our Austrian headquarters and report on progress and developments
WHAT YOU ARE MADE OF - YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a degree or training in natural sciences or business administration
- You are a trained specialist for occupational safety (SIFA)
- You have several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of occupational, environmental and health protection, preferably from industry or a manufacturing company
- You have the ability to coordinate and maintain an overview even in complex processes
- You have a secure and comprehensive command of MS Office
- You have strong communication skills and are business fluent in German and fluent in English
