TASKS
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive support and expansion of strategically important industrial customers in the food processing sector.
- You will be responsible for conducting annual meetings, price and contract negotiations as well as developing and implementing individual customer solutions.
- You will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, turnover and margin targets in close coordination with the management.
- You will work closely with internal interfaces such as product development, production and technology to actively drive forward the development of customer-specific product concepts.
- You will analyze market and competitive trends, identify new potential and derive specific sales measures from this.
- You will manage product projects and represent our company at trade fairs and industry events.
PROFILE
- Education: Degree in food technology, business administration with a focus on sales/marketing or a comparable qualification
- Know-how: Several years of professional experience in B2B sales - ideally in the food industry, negotiating skills, sound understanding of the production and processes of food products combined with technical understanding, business fluent in German and English
- Working style: Strong communication and assertiveness, customer and solution-oriented, team-oriented, responsible as well as structured and strategic
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
