We are an experienced manufacturer of creative processed cheese specialties and innovative concepts for consumer-friendly solutions for slicing and packaging cheese. Our international retail and industrial customers appreciate this added value.
TASKS
- You will be responsible for the holistic support and strategic development of our international customers and implement customer-specific projects.
- You will be responsible for conducting annual meetings, price and contract negotiations and managing the entire sales process.
- You will identify new sales markets, analyze market and competitive trends and derive measures for business development.
- You develop and implement export-oriented sales strategies together with internal interfaces such as product development, product management and production.
- You create reports, forecasts and analyses to manage international customer relationships and achieve sales and growth targets.
- You will represent our company at international trade fairs (e.g. PLMA, SIAL, ANUGA, GULFOOD), industry events and customer visits.
PROFILE
- Education: Degree in business administration, international business, food technology or a comparable qualification
- Know-how: Several years of professional experience in international sales and key account management, ideally in the FMCG environment, strong negotiating skills at international level and intercultural competence, sound understanding of the market and processes, business fluent in German and English
- You are passionate about customer orientation, our product world and intercultural competence
- Your personality is communicative, professional, analytical, team-oriented, structured and equipped with a high level of initiative
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
