(Senior) Key Account Manager LEH (m/f/d)

- Remote - Full-time - Permanent position

KoRo is growing strongly in food retail - and for this we need people who take responsibility and drive things forward. As Key Account Manager Food Retail, you will independently manage central retail partners, strategically develop customer relationships and consistently implement our growth and product range strategy in food retail, working closely with internal teams and having a clear focus on growth, performance and sustainable partnerships.

Your tasks

  • You take full responsibility for at least one central food retail customer and other regional customers, including the entire customer P&L, and independently conduct annual price and annual meetings
  • You develop your customers strategically at central and regional level and ensure the successful implementation of KoRo's growth and product range strategy
  • You analyze market, sales and customer data and derive clear measures for sales and potential development from it
  • You continuously plan and manage demand volumes to ensure a high level of product availability
  • You work closely with the internal sales team, field force and other internal interfaces and actively contribute ideas for the further development of our processes

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG industry, ideally with national customer responsibility
  • You feel confident in price and annual discussions and are familiar with the structures and decision-making processes in the food retail sector
  • You are data-driven and have experience with market analysis tools such as Nielsen IQ, GfK or comparable tools for analyzing retail/household panel data
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills, think strategically and analytically and have a strong hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in German and English
