Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for strategy, results and growth of the company, development and implementation of a rolling 3-5 year plan
- Leading and developing the management team and shaping cultural and change processes
- Ensuring operational excellence in production, supply chain, quality and service
- Managing investments, key figures and risk management
- Professional stakeholder management vis-à-vis shareholders, banks and key customers
Your profile
- Several years of successful management experience with full P&L responsibility, ideally in the FMCG environment (Food & Beverage)
- Proven success in scaling a medium-sized production company
- Strength in strategy, transformation and change combined with high implementation orientation
- Sound business understanding and confident handling of relevant key figures
- Leadership personality with clear, appreciative communication and strong team and development skills
- Extensive experience and strong exposure to relevant stakeholders and business areas
- Fluency in German and English
