Production Subdivision Manager (m/f/d)
What you need to be enthusiastic about
- Organization and control of the smooth production process
- Ensuring that production is optimized in terms of deadlines and costs
- Control of raw materials, products and by-products
- Collaboration in production management and control
- Planning and managing subordinate employees
- Compliance with and monitoring of quality standards, legal and hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety measures
- Cross-divisional coordination in the absence of the division manager
- Establishment of a continuous improvement process
How you can convince us of you
- University degree (or comparable) in the field of food technology
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the food industry
- Knowledge of the necessary legal regulations (e.g. animal welfare, food law, labor law, ...)
- Basic understanding of labor law
- Understanding of technical processes
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and data security
