Product Developer (m/f/d) Meat

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Development of innovative spice, functional and additive mixtures for meat, sausage and convenience products
- Independent handling of national and international development projects - from the idea to market maturity
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of laboratory, pilot plant and production trials
- transferring development approaches from the laboratory and pilot plant to industrial series production
- Technological optimization of existing formulations and applications Preparation and implementation of product presentations, customer training and application tests - both in-house and directly at the customer's premises
- Evaluating and implementing new strategic raw materials and technological solutions
- Close cooperation with sales, product management and international customers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Completed training in the butcher's trade or in the meat industry, ideally supplemented by
- A degree in food technology (specializing in meat) or
- Further training as a master butcher (m/f/d) or meat technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in product development or application technology in the meat and sausage product sector
- Good technological understanding of meat products and processing technologies
- Enjoyment of customer-oriented development work
- Good knowledge of English for international cooperation
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
