Your tasks
- Operational management and continuous development of two locations
- Disciplinary management, promotion and development of employees using modern tools and methods
- Optimization of production processes, organizational structures and technologies to continuously increase efficiency
- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with all operational and official standards, laws and regulations
- Implementation of current and future investment and construction projects
- Interface communication with the adjacent company divisions
Your profile
- Training/studies in the field of food technology, industrial engineering or comparable training
- Proven professional and relevant management experience in the food/convenience industry, including dedicated candidates (mwd) looking to take the next step in their career
- Entrepreneurial, doer mentality and results-oriented way of working with a hands-on and store floor mentality
- Motivating, empathetic leadership style with strong communication and persuasion skills
