Alwa Mineralbrunnen GmbH and FONTANIS Mineralbrunnen GmbH are two traditional mineral springs from the Stromberg-Heuchelberg Nature Park and part of the family-run Winkels Group. Today, a wide range of mineral waters and non-alcoholic beverages are produced at the two locations, which are only around five kilometers apart. While Alwa Mineralbrunnen GmbH also offers spritzers, lemonades and other soft drinks in addition to mineral water, FONTANIS Mineralbrunnen GmbH is known in particular for its exceptionally highly mineralized mineral and medicinal water.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will ensure cost-efficient and on-time production in the specified quantity and quality
- You will ensure continuous optimization of processes and further development of the organization
- You will lead, motivate and develop employees sustainably through clear communication and targeted personnel development
- You look after the production systems and peripheral processes and ensure system availability
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in food or beverage technology, process engineering or a background in food technology with further training as a master craftsman or technician
- You have several years of management experience in the production environment of the food industry
- You are a leader with a confident manner and natural authority, work pragmatically and responsibly, are resilient, team-oriented and assertive
