On behalf of our client, a renowned company based in Lower Saxony, which has been known for over 120 years for the production of high-quality natural products, we are looking for a (Junior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to support the health food store/natural food trade sales channel as soon as possible as part of a succession plan.
Your challenge:
- Support and expansion of existing key accounts in the health food store, health food trade and possibly drugstore/LEH sector
- Identification and acquisition of new business partners and sales opportunities
- Regular on-site visits to optimize the product range and improve placement
- Telephone support and follow-up of offers
- Active co-design and implementation of sales strategies
- Independent negotiations and annual meetings with customers as well as development and management of new launches, relaunches and promotions
- Close cooperation with marketing and product development
- Observing the market and competition and deriving recommendations for action
- Creating the forecast to ensure the availability of goods for the channel
What makes you special:
- Completed studies in the field of economics, marketing, nutritional sciences or commercial training
- Experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the food, FMCG or natural products sector
- Experience in the health food store channel desirable
- Enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships and selling products that require explanation
- Negotiating skills and a structured way of working
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, initiative and hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in German, good command of English
- Enthusiasm for natural products and a healthy lifestyle
