"Just do it" is required and encouraged with us. The result is individual work performance. in addition to their own tasks, every Hochland employee can participate in cross-departmental project groups. For example

  • our "One Earth Team", which is committed to the sustainability of the company, or
  • Project teams for new product ideas - from the birth of the idea to the product launch.

Strategic tasks, such as creating visions, are no longer just the responsibility of our management. At Hochland, everyone is in demand and everyone can exert influence, for example in the context of fireside chats with the management, open question and answer sessions with the Executive Board or at exchange events in small groups.

Attractive region with high recreational value

Where in Germany can you reach the first ski slope and Lake Constance in just a few minutes? With us in the Allgäu! Our three German locations are situated in a rural area and offer nature lovers the most beautiful excursion destinations for hiking, mountain biking or skiing. But even those who like it a little more urban are in good hands in the surrounding towns of Kempten, Ravensburg etc. And the proximity to nature remains! The region also has a lot to offer culturally. From carnival balls to the Bregenz Festival, there is a great range of cultural entertainment.

High-quality company catering

  • The Hochland company catering offers high-quality catering at very attractive prices. A varied and freshly prepared range of food is available around the clock to satisfy small appetites.
