At our production site in Baruth, we bottle beverages for the domestic and international market with some of the most innovative technical equipment in the world.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT BRAVO - YOUR JOB
- You will be responsible for the central areas of quality management, quality assurance, laboratory and microbiology at the RAUCH site in Baruth
- In your role, you will develop the strategic and operational direction of the departments and implement it in coordination with the management and the corporate group
- You are responsible for all processes in the respective area - from the laboratory control of raw materials, auxiliary materials and end products to the continuous optimization of processes to ensure product quality and product safety
- In collaboration with your team leaders, you will be responsible for planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits
- You manage the implementation and further development of the HACCP concept for the Baruth site
- You promote a site-wide quality awareness that is practiced across all hierarchical levels
- You motivate, inform and support your employees, set goals and live the RAUCH corporate culture
WHAT YOU ARE MADE OF - YOUR PROFILE
- You have several years of professional experience in a managerial position in the laboratory or in quality assurance/quality management - ideally in the food or beverage industry
- You are characterized by a strong operational excellence mindset and use proven methods for structured problem solving in a targeted manner
- You have a deep understanding of quality management systems, laboratory processes and regulatory requirements
- You convince with leadership skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness and a high degree of reliability
- You have a good command of English
