As Head of Purchasing at Schwälbchen Frischdienst GmbH, you will play an active role in shaping the business strategy of a leading delivery wholesaler and make a significant contribution to the further development of the purchasing department.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will take over the strategic and operational management of the purchasing team
- You will analyze and manage an efficient supplier portfolio and be responsible for contract negotiations as well as price and conditions management
- You will monitor the markets and identify trends for the strategic alignment of purchasing
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have completed commercial training and/or have a degree in economics
- You know the procurement markets, their structures and the market participants in the out-of-home market
- You have strong negotiating skills, the ability to work in a team, initiative and enjoy working in the food trade
