AS A STORE MANAGER
you are not just a manager, you are the driving force behind your location. You combine administrative skills with a clear hands-on mentality:
- Sales performance: you are responsible for the consistent implementation of sales and organizational guidelines and optimize them.
- Operational excellence: You ensure smooth workflows and have a firm grip on cost control.
- Team leadership: You select your team, promote talent and create efficient personnel deployment planning.
- Area presence: You are close to the action, lend a hand when needed and are a role model in terms of service and customer orientation.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Foundation: Completed training in retail (merchant m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Relevant management experience in the (food) retail sector
- Doer mentality: An independent, conscientious way of working paired with strong implementation skills.
- Communication: You have a confident manner, strong communication skills and a very good command of German.
- Passion: A high level of quality awareness and enjoy working with demanding product ranges.
