- Assisting with the implementation and further development of our inventory management system (CSB)
- Assisting with the commissioning of new production areas and automation solutions
- Development of training materials, work instructions, and digital learning content
- Training and support for employees in the production environment
- Participation in projects for process optimization, digitization, and continuous improvement (CIP)
- Analysis of processes as well as the creation and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting management in day-to-day operations as well as in cross-departmental projects

Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree in food technology, food management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Technical aptitude as well as an interest in production and process workflows
- Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to support projects, including shift work and weekend work
