OUR CLIENT
Our client is a successful, family-run manufacturing company in the food industry with multiple locations and a long-standing market presence. As part of a strategic realignment of its management structure, we are seeking a technical leader to assume overall responsibility for a highly automated technical division.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will lead and develop a team of approximately 100 employees in the areas of maintenance, automation, robotics, engineering, infrastructure, and shift operations
- You will ensure high technical availability and performance of complex production facilities and drive the continuous optimization of processes and structures
- You will be responsible for major investment, modernization, and automation projects and will oversee them from planning through to successful implementation
- You will serve as a visible leader in production and actively help shape the company’s future technical direction
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification, as well as several years of management experience in a manufacturing company
- You have in-depth knowledge of maintenance, automation, robotics, and production and packaging technology
- You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach and are equally at home managing investment projects and operating within a production environment
- You stand out for your leadership skills, communication abilities, and assertiveness, as well as your down-to-earth, SME-oriented personality and strong on-site presence
