YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for development and application at several locations and drive forward the harmonization of processes
- You will lead and develop your teams with clear goals and coaching
- You will actively shape the innovation and product strategy and manage interdisciplinary projects, both internally and externally
- You optimize processes, promote collaboration and ensure innovation, quality and customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- After studying food technology or similar, you have several years of management experience and success in product development in the food industry and have a good network here
- You have in-depth knowledge of the R&D process chain, raw materials, formulations and technologies as well as experience in project and pipeline management
- You are a confident leader with strategic thinking, a strong focus on implementation, an innovative spirit and customer orientation as well as strong communication and coaching skills
