Our client is a successful, medium-sized food production company with well-known brands in regional and national trade. The entire range of fresh products is manufactured at the production site. In the coming years, extensive projects and investments are planned to further expand the company's performance and innovative strength.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will plan, accompany and monitor all maintenance, repair and servicing measures with a team of approx. 15 employees
- You will initiate and manage optimization and investment projects
- You will continuously develop processes, structures and skills in the areas of electrics, controls and mechanics
- You are in charge of the energy management team
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in engineering or a comparable professional qualification as a technician/master craftsman
- You already have in-depth experience in maintenance, process engineering, process optimization and PLC programming (including S7), preferably in a managerial role or at project management level at a food manufacturer
- You have several years of management experience with comparable responsibility, also as a deputy
- You have strong organizational, leadership and teamwork skills as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment
