With its brands Karl Kemper, Vegeta, and new leaf, ECF serves the foodservice, retail, and industrial sectors. As part of the internationally active LDC Groupe, the company combines short decision-making processes with attractive growth and development opportunities.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will develop and manage the product and assortment strategy for foodservice, direct delivery, and the consumer business in close collaboration with sales and other functions at the site and within the group
- You will analyze market, customer, sales, and competitive data and use these insights to develop concrete growth initiatives
- You will develop innovative product, packaging, and marketing concepts and oversee them through to market launch
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have several years of experience in product management, category management, marketing, or sales in the food industry
- You are distinguished by your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a keen sense of market, consumer, and food trends
- With initiative, strong communication skills, a creative drive, and a hands-on approach, you drive projects forward in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner

In this role, you’ll combine strategic portfolio management with concrete product development.
