European Convenience Food GmbH (ECF), headquartered in Garrel, is an established manufacturer of high-quality frozen convenience products for foodservice, retail, and industry. Its brand portfolio includes Karl Kemper, Vegeta, and new leaf. As part of the internationally active LDC Groupe, ECF combines the agility of a medium-sized company and short decision-making processes with additional opportunities for growth and development.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for marketing, brand management, sustainability, and market communications with a team of four
- You will position and develop the Karl Kemper, Vegeta, and new leaf brands and successfully launch new brands, products, and concepts into the market
- You will manage communication, advertising, and digital strategies, trade shows, and sales-support measures, and work closely with sales, product management, and the LDC Groupe
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have several years of marketing experience and a proven track record of success in the food industry, ideally in the foodservice, FMCG, or grocery retail sectors
- Solid practical experience in brand management, product and innovation management, as well as in integrated communication and digital strategies
- You are characterized by leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, a drive to shape the future, strong execution skills, and a distinct hands-on mentality
