Your future area of responsibility: Consulting, acquisition and sales

  • Maintaining and proactively expanding existing customer relationships
  • Acquiring new customers (mainly in the area of specialist wholesalers)
  • Preparing and conducting annual, condition and marketing meetings at national and international level
  • Preparation of price offers and customer presentations
  • Management (internal and external) of new product launches, listings, promotions, new products and complaints
  • Developing individual solutions for customer needs
  • Monitoring market and competitive developments
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as sales representatives and sales agencies at national and international level
  • Maintaining customer platforms, conducting tastings, sending samples and participating in trade fairs

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed commercial or food technology training or have a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in field service and sales in the food industry
  • Experience / contacts in the wholesale, system catering or food service sectors are a prerequisite
  • Confident handling of IT, MS Office, modern communication systems and presentation tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom) as well as basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
