Sales representative (f/m/d)
to further promote our brands in the pharmacy and healthcare environment. The position focuses on the sales area between Dresden, Cottbus, Frankfurt/Oder and Görlitz.
Your tasks:
- Sale of self-medication preparations, medical products, food and pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy
- Organization and implementation of sales and consultation visits, training of pharmacy staff and communication and implementation of new products, studies and market conditions
- Expanding the visibility and recommendation of Cooper Consumer Health brands at the POS
- Establishing and expanding the distribution of Cooper Consumer Health brands
- Placement of promotional products in the visual and/or free choice and on the HV table
- Implementation of POS measures in pharmacies, e.g. arrangement of window displays, distribution of information material, implementation of new product launches
- Gathering information from competitors in the pharmacy environment
- Customer consultation for cosmetics, nutritional supplements and medical products with doctors as part of a hybrid sales force strategy
- Obtaining e-mail opt-ins from pharmacists and doctors and sending targeted marketing e-mails as part of an omnichannel approach
- Daily reporting (e.g. documentation in CRM system, dispensing system)
- Forwarding reports on adverse drug reactions to the responsible pharmacovigilance department
Your profile:
- Sound commercial training or PTA training
- Initial professional experience as a sales representative in sales in the OTC or branded goods/food retail industry desirable
- Competent appearance with good communication and negotiating skills
- Experience in the use of digital media
- Willingness to make overnight trips (2-3 times per week)
- Provision of storage capacity
- Class B driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner in customer contact
- Strong understanding of customer needs and economic contexts
- High level of initiative and a results-oriented way of working
- Negotiating skills and enjoy building lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work in a team and think and act across departments
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in day-to-day sales work
