As a supplier to the food industry, the company is one of the leading providers in its market segment, specializing in the development and marketing of process-optimizing biotechnological solutions.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will further develop the international business with breweries, tap into new market potential, acquire new customers, and expand existing partnerships for enzyme and filtration solutions
- You will lead a team of three experienced brewing specialists and create a work environment that combines technical expertise, personal responsibility, and a consistent focus on the customer
- You will work closely with Research & Development, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Controlling, and support new products from concept through market launch
- You will travel internationally (40–50%) to oversee product tests, workshops, and relevant trade shows
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have a degree in brewing and beverage technology, food technology, or chemical engineering, or possess a comparable professional qualification
- You have solid practical experience in the brewing industry and understand fermentation, filtration, and process optimization from hands-on experience, not just theory
- You communicate very well in English and German; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
- You take a pragmatic and proactive approach, make clear decisions even under pressure, and feel comfortable in an international environment
